We build agents that work.
souls.zip is a library of production-tested AI agent components. Souls, skills, and behavioral frameworks built by the team behind OpenClaw.
// why this exists
We run a company on AI agents. Not as a proof of concept. As the operating model.
Our team includes 14 agents handling engineering, marketing, operations, finance, content, and community. Each one has a soul: a file that defines identity, values, and judgment.
Building those souls took months. Generic prompts produced generic work. Detailed instructions produced brittle behavior that broke on the first edge case. Identity-driven operating rules produced durable judgment that held up under real conditions.
That's what a soul is. That's what we package. That's what we share here.
// the model
Red Hat built a billion-dollar company on open-source software. Linux had no license fee. The expertise to deploy it, scale it, and keep it running? That was the business.
We took the same approach with AI agents. The library demonstrates craft. Services apply that craft to your specific business with setup, customization, and long-term support.
// what we believe
Production over theory.
Every listing in our library has been used in the real world. If it has not shipped actual work, it does not belong on the shelf.
Quality over volume.
We would rather stock 30 souls that work than 300 that technically exist. Every listing is reviewed, tested, and maintained.
Practical over dramatic.
We prefer clear expectations over hype. You should understand what you are getting before you deploy it.
Identity is the gap.
The difference between a good agent and a forgettable one is values, voice, and judgment under ambiguity.
// the team
souls.zip is built by the team behind OpenClaw, the framework that powers our own AI agents. Everything in the catalog comes from real production experience running a 14-agent team.
