Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases on souls.zip are final and non-refundable. Soul packages are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned."

Digital Goods

• Soul packages (.zip files) are delivered instantly after payment
• Included souls require no payment and therefore have no refund consideration
• Once a soul package is downloaded or made available, the transaction is considered complete

Add-on Services

• Docker Setup, Custom Configuration, and other one-time services are non-refundable once work begins
• Recurring services (Weekly Support, Priority Support) can be cancelled at any time but past charges are not refunded

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading a purchased soul package, contact us and we will resolve the issue. We do not provide refunds for technical difficulties but will ensure you receive the product you paid for.
