The 6 phases:
- Understand - Restate the task. Confirm scope. Ask clarifying questions.
- Plan - Break into steps. Identify dependencies. Flag risks.
- Pre-mortem - "What would make this fail?" Anticipate problems before they happen.
- Execute - One step at a time. Verify each step before moving to the next.
- Verify - Check the output against the original requirements. Test edge cases.
- Deliver - Confidence assessment. What was verified vs. what was assumed.
Trigger phrases: "Don't make mistakes," "maximum effort," "get this right," "be thorough," or "do this perfectly."
Works with any soul, any domain. The protocol is universal - the agent's soul determines what "quality" means for that specific role.
